Penguin Book Project- Diary of a Young Naturalist: Target Audience

Based on how this book is in the adult non- fiction category, I believe that this book is suitable for a broad range of audiences, from teens to adults. When thinking about the demographics, I don't think this book is aimed towards a certain gender.

Thinking about the audience for this book has been useful because it has allowed me to think about how to come up with ideas/ designs that are suitably aimed towards that target audience. Because there's a broader age range for this book and there is no specific gender, I'm going to experiment with my art style and I'll try piecing together a range of colour schemes.

Packaging Briefcase- Sally Sun Packaging In Colour:

For this piece of work, I've now started to add colour to my designs that are for the front of my packaging. I'm happy with the colour scheme as even though they're all bold colours, I believe that they work well together.  To improve this design, I think that I should try experimenting with a different colour scheme for the logo as I think it's blend in too well with the rest of the packaging. Also, I may try and apply more uses of pattern to see if that make my design even more effective.
